Returns & Replacements
Customer care and satisfaction is of high priority at Kearneys Click. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 10 days.
We would ask you to first inform us by email within 48 hours of your delivery outlining briefly your reason for return / exchange. We will then issue you with a returns number. This number must be included with your returned item for processing.
Conditions Of Return
Only items in their original condition, unworn with the manufacturers tags attached and in their original packaging ( Dust bags, shoe boxes, tissue paper or plastic) will be accepted. Items worn, damaged, altered, dry cleaned or washed while in your possession will NOT be accepted for return or exchange. Any items not adhering to the above conditions of return will sent back to you the purchaser.
Method Of Return
Once you have received a returns number, your returns must be sent back within 7 days using a registered method of carriage providing a tracking number. The cost of return will be paid by you the customer and you are responsible for any loss or damage to the item. Once we receive your return, we will process your request within 7 working days providing our conditions of return have been adhered to. We will notify you by email as soon as your refund or exchange has been carried out to your satisfaction
Items Excluded From Return / Exchange
Toiletries and Tights are excluded from exchange or return.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order with Kearneys Click providing you give written notice within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase. Notice of Contract Cancellation must be sent in writing to: Customer Care department, Kearneys Click, , Ardee , Couty Louth, Ireland. or emailed to: email@example.com Cancelled orders under the Distant Selling Regulations will be issued with a full refund including any original shipping costs for delivery. The order must be returned to Kearneys Click in it's original condition ( See our Conditions of Return in our Exchange / Return policy) and at your cost by a registered method as you the customer are responsible for the item until it is received by us. The item must be returned to us by you within 10 days from the issue of your return number. We will notify you by email once we have processed your refund. Please note : card refunds may take up to 10 working days depending on bank processing time.
